Mail File Access?

A couple thoughts come to mind...

Does your mail file have access for the Traveler server?

Your webmail password is what is used for Traveler authentication, not your Notes ID password. Test by accessing your mail file via iNotes. If you can log in to iNotes, you've confirmed the password and ID.
